Erin North
Coach North is a former 3 time All-Marble Valley League pitcher, who has a career record of 55-1, including 6 no-hitters, over 300 strikeouts and 2 DIII Vermont State Championship Titles. Her softball career continued as an un-recruited walk-on for the Virginia Tech Hokies. After playing for two seasons, Erin decided to pursue her career options and turned her focus to the world of strength and conditioning, of which she is now a nationally certified specialist. Coach North’s coaching focuses on the physical development of athletes, and specifically on the biomechanical movements each athlete must perfect for their sport and position. Her experience as a player and as a coach lends her many resources to draw on in order to develop an individual program for each athlete she trains.
